Finnish melodic metal band Arion, formed in 2011 in Helsinki, has released a lyric video for their single From An Empire to a Fall, the third track from their latest album, The Light That Burns The Sky, out now via Reigning Phoenix Music. The video, set against a cinematic post-apocalyptic backdrop, is available on YouTube.
Guitarist Iivo Kaipainen describes the song: “‘From An Empire to a Fall’ is about former underdogs feeling empowered and showing their big bad opponent what they’re made of. Fire with fire!”
Produced by Matias Kupiainen (Stratovarius) and mastered by Ermin Hamidovic (Architects), the album features the lineup of Lassi Vääränen (vocals), Iivo Kaipainen (guitars), Arttu Vauhkonen (keyboard), Gege Velinov (bass), and Topias Kupiainen (drums).
