Atreyu Announce New Album The End Is Not The End — Out April 24 via Spinefarm Records

Following the momentum of recent singles “Dead” and “Ego Death”, Southern California’s Atreyu have announced their long-awaited new studio album, The End Is Not The End, arriving April 24, 2026 via Spinefarm Records. Alongside the announcement, the band has unveiled a new single, “All For You”, complete with an official music video available now.

On the emotionally charged new track, the band reflects on the difficulty of loving someone who struggles to love themselves. “It’s hard to give someone what they want or need when they don’t know what that thing is”, the band shares. “It’s hard to love someone who doesn’t love themselves.” The song pairs vulnerability with weight, balancing soaring melody against crushing instrumentation.

Described as their heaviest and most adventurous album to date, The End Is Not The End finds Atreyu reconnecting with the spirit that first set them apart. “We realized what made Atreyu great in the beginning was that we didn’t sound like anyone else,” frontman Brandon Saller explains. “We didn’t really make sense anywhere. We weren’t an emo band, a metal band, a punk band — but somehow it all worked. We carved our own path.”

Much of the album was born from immersive writing retreats. Creative sessions in Tokyo reignited a youthful spark within the band, blending cultural inspiration with focused songwriting. The first completed track, “Dead”, signaled a creative breakthrough. From there, the band and producer Matt Pauling relocated to San Juan Island off the coast of Washington, where isolation fueled some of the record’s heaviest material. The contrast between Tokyo’s electric energy and the island’s solitude shaped an album that feels both expansive and tightly wound.

Produced by Pauling, the band’s tenth studio effort moves seamlessly between massive melodic hooks and muscular metallic force. Tracks such as “Ghost In Me”, “Children Of Light”, and “Afterglow” showcase a band equally comfortable delivering cinematic atmosphere and unfiltered aggression. The result is a record that feels both classic and forward-thinking, and emotionally raw.

To support the release, Atreyu will hit the road this spring, joining Sevendust for a U.S. run beginning April 20 in Indianapolis and concluding May 20 in Knoxville. The trek also includes select headlining dates and festival appearances, including stops at Welcome to Rockville and Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival.

With over a billion global streams, multiple RIAA Gold certifications, and a career spanning more than two decades, Atreyu continue to evolve without losing the urgency that defined their early days. If The End Is Not The End proves anything, it’s that reinvention and intensity remain central to the band’s identity.

The end, it seems, is only another beginning.
