BELUSHI SPEED BALL Release Lyric Video for “All Pete’s Exes” Featuring Former GWAR Guitarist Pete Lee

Kentucky crossover thrash provocateurs BELUSHI SPEED BALL have released the official lyric video for “All Pete’s Exes,” a standout track from their latest album, Toxic Waste Was Everywhere In The ’80s. The song features former Pete Lee guitarist Pete Lee and arrives in support of an ongoing fundraising campaign dedicated to helping him with his continuing health and legal challenges.

Blending breakneck crossover thrash with the band’s signature absurd humor, “All Pete’s Exes” recounts a memorable real-life visit to Lee’s home in Dallas that spiraled into the kind of outrageous experience only BELUSHI SPEED BALL could transform into a song. The newly released lyric video was animated by Andrea Mantelli and showcases artwork by Ariz Fazri depicting “Judge Pete,” a character also featured on a charity T-shirt currently available through the band’s Bandcamp page, with all proceeds benefiting Lee.

Vocalist Vinny Castellano commented on the release:

“We are so excited to drop our newest lyric video for our latest single, ‘All Pete’s Exes!’ Featuring the man himself, former GWAR Flattus Maximus, Pete Lee on guitar. The song details the legendary time Pete hosted Belushi Speed Ball at his house in Dallas, and had a harem of women cooking us food and pouring drinks for the boys. Featuring artwork by Ariz Fazri depicting the Law, Judge Pete, which coincides with T-shirts featuring the same design available on our Bandcamp. All profit from sales go to helping Pete in his battle for justice and health. The video was phenomenally animated by Andrea Mantelli.”

Released earlier this month, Toxic Waste Was Everywhere In The ’80s continues the band’s tradition of combining aggressive crossover thrash with pop culture references, satire, and unpredictable antics. The album delivers a mix of riffs, tongue-in-cheek storytelling, and the chaotic energy that has made BELUSHI SPEED BALL one of the underground metal scene’s most distinctive acts.
