Shock rock legends GWAR are set to unleash another blood-soaked spectacle this fall with their latest North American trek, the “Gor Gor Must Die!” Tour. Known for their outrageous live shows blending heavy metal, horror, and dark humor, the intergalactic tyrants will once again bring chaos to stages across the U.S. and Canada.
Joining GWAR on this descent into madness is black ‘n’ roll powerhouse Midnight as direct support, while fast-food metal maniacs Mac Sabbath will open every night. Select dates will also feature appearances from X-COPS and Atomic Rule, making this one of the most stacked and unpredictable tours of the year.
The tour kicks off October 27 in Charlottesville, VA and runs through December 12, wrapping up in Norfolk, VA. Highlights include a special appearance aboard The Headbangers Boat and a full-scale production centered around GWAR’s infamous monster, Gor Gor.
Speaking on the upcoming carnage, front-creature Blothar the Berserker shared:
“As both father and mother to our precious dinosaur Gor Gor, my hearts break to see what he has become: a crack-addicted truck-stop lizard-of-the-evening. It is time for some tough love! Come watch as GWAR lays a whoopin’ on his giant red ass on the ‘Gor Gor Must Die Tour’.”

Alongside the tour announcement, GWAR are dropping a special Limited Edition Pink 7-inch vinyl, out June 26 via Pit Records.
