HATEBREED have unleashed the official video for their new single “The Carrion Choir,” the latest track from their forthcoming ninth studio album, Fatal Paradox. The record arrives November 6 via BLKIIBLK.
“The Carrion Choir” delivers another fast and thrashy dose of the Connecticut hardcore veterans’ trademark metallic aggression, offering another preview of their first full-length album since 2020’s Weight of the False Self.
For Fatal Paradox, HATEBREED once again enlisted longtime collaborator Zeuss, whose extensive production credits include ROB ZOMBIE, ACCEPT and SHADOWS FALL. The upcoming record finds the band moving between hardcore, thrash and metallic crossover, with breakdowns, d-beats and the relentless approach that has defined much of their career.
The album also features previously revealed material including “Kill Count Increase,” while “Sacrifice Season” features a guest appearance from OBITUARY vocalist John Tardy.

Formed in Connecticut, HATEBREED emerged as one of the defining bands in metallic hardcore through early releases including Under The Knife and Satisfaction Is the Death of Desire. Albums such as Perseverance, The Rise of Brutality and Supremacy further established the band’s combination of hardcore intensity and metal riffing.
More recently, HATEBREED released The Concrete Confessional in 2016 and Weight of the False Self in 2020. Fatal Paradox continues that catalog as the band begins its next chapter with BLKIIBLK.
HATEBREED will also join SLIPKNOT for a run of stadium performances in 2027, including a show at Wembley Stadium in London. The dates will also take the bands to Argentina, Chile, Peru and Colombia.
Before those shows, HATEBREED are scheduled to perform at Furnace Fest in Birmingham, Alabama, on October 10.
