Out now on digital, CD, and cassette formats, Knoxville death metal duo Primal Scourge present their brutal debut album End of Eden, a record that envisions the collapse of civilization.
Primal Scourge is the creation of lifelong collaborators Austin Asmus (guitar, bass, vocals) and Rio Mariucci (drums, vocals). After years of making music together across various projects, the pair reunited in Knoxville with a singular mission: to craft death metal that feels as colossal and inescapable as a collapsing star.
The album was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Dalton Skinner at Anchor Sound. Visual identity comes courtesy of Adam Burke (Nightjar Illustration) for the artwork, a logo by Casket Nap, and photography by Jenna Detiveaux.
