Formed in 2020 by guitarist and songwriter Sam Melchior, SYNESTIA has already delivered one full-length album and two EPs, including 2024’s collaborative effort The Poetic Edda with Disembodied Tyrant. With the lineup solidified by Ryan Vail (vocals, Larcenia Roe), Grant Robinson (bass), and Byron London (drums, Crown Magnetar), the band continues to expand its sonic horizons.

Today, Synestia releases their new EP, Premonitions (September 3, 2025). Stream it now and experience the evolution of their symphonic deathcore sound.

Alongside the release, the band has shared the official video for the title track, immersing listeners in both the brutality and the cinematic scope that defines their latest work.

“I’m very excited to share the next chapter of Synestia’s sound,” says Melchior. “The songs on Premonitions were meticulously crafted to give each their own distinct identity while maintaining a cohesive feel across the EP.”

Produced, mixed, and mastered by Blake Mullens, with orchestral arrangements by Harry Tadayon, the EP balances sheer heaviness with immersive atmosphere.

Premonitions Track Listing:
