Hungarian Avant-garde band Thy Catafalque, formed in 1998 in Makó, has released a live video for Ködkirály from their twelfth album XII: A gyönyörű álmok ezután jönnek, out now via Season of Mist. The video, recorded November 23, 2024, at Dürer Kert in Budapest, is available on YouTube, and the album can be streamed at orcd.co/thycatafalquexiiagyonyorualmokezutanjonnek.
Featuring Tamás Kátai (bass), Martina Veronika Horváth (vocals), Ivett Dudás (vocals), Gábor Dudás (vocals), Bálint Bokodi (vocals), Krisztián Varga (guitar), Zoltán Vigh (guitar), and Árpád Szenti (drums), the track blends cosmic synths and death metal riffs, praised by New Noise as a “mesmerizing” epic.
