Dungeon synth entity Wraith Knight returns with a new full-length opus, Of Arcane Magic & Forbidden Knowledge: The Necromantical Passage, set for release on April 2, 2026 via Out of Season (USA) and Neuropa Records (EU).
To mark the announcement, the project has unveiled its first single, “Decrepit Wings & Rotting Bones – The Dracolich”, a haunting descent into arcane realms steeped in decay, magic, and ancient power.
A Passage Into Forbidden Realms
Helmed by Nick Superchi (also known as OldNick), Wraith Knight continues to expand its epic high-fantasy vision, drawing from the mythic traditions of J. R. R. Tolkien, Robert E. Howard, and the iconic artwork of Frank Frazetta.
The new single captures the project’s core essence:
mystery, ancient magic, and otherworldly landscapes that feel both distant and eerily familiar.
