In a city that has birthed countless revolutions in music and culture, Agnostic Front and DMC deliver a collaboration that could only come from New York. “Matter Of Life & Death” is a full-throttle fusion of hardcore punk energy and old-school hip-hop.
The single was produced by Mike Dijan (NYHC legend, Breakdown, Crown of Thornz) and directed by Blake Farber, known for his kinetic, street-level visuals. Together, they channel the pulse of a city that thrives on chaos, unity, and rebellion.
“This is New York energy in its purest form,” says Roger Miret. “Hardcore and hip-hop came up together on the same streets, with the same struggle and the same fire. ‘Matter Of Life & Death’ is about where we come from and what we still stand for.”
The track marks the second preview from Agnostic Front’s upcoming album Echoes in Eternity, set for release on November 7th, and a bold statement that crossover still burns with unrelenting passion and purpose.
