ANCIENT SETTLERS Unveil New Video “Die Around Me”, From Autumnus (Revisited) EP

Modern melodic death metal act Ancient Settlers has dropped a brand-new video for “Die Around Me”, taken from their newly released digital EP Autumnus (Revisited), out now via Scarlet Records. The clip features live footage shot at Laurus Nobilis Music Fest 2025 in Portugal, capturing the band’s new era onstage with electrifying intensity.

The release marks the first recording to feature new vocalists Nia Creak and Noelia Fernández Jiménez, who joined earlier this year and have already made their live debut. Their dual vocal assault, balancing harsh growls and clean power, adds a dynamic edge that redefines the band’s sonic identity.

Revisiting material from their 2021 debut, Autumnus (Revisited) doesn’t simply re-record older tracks, it reimagines them. With heavier arrangements, sharpened production, and renewed emotional force, the EP transforms fan favorites like “A Monument Restored,” “Die Around Me,” and “Diamond Eyes” into something darker, bolder, and more atmospheric. A dramatic acoustic intro and outro frame the five tracks into a cohesive, cinematic experience.

Lyrically, the EP dives into themes of decay, betrayal, rebirth, and internal conflict, pushing deeper into the band’s signature introspective storytelling, now accompanied by new cover art from Khalipse that mirrors the release’s emotional weight.

With this release, Ancient Settlers open a new chapter, one rooted in their origins but driven confidently into the future of modern melodic death metal.

Watch “Die Around Me” now and stream Autumnus (Revisited) on all digital platforms.
