German guitar legend Axel Rudi Pell has released a brand-new digital single, “Sanity”, accompanied by an official lyric video, offering another taste of his upcoming studio album Ghost Town, out March 20 via Steamhammer.

A melodic and emotionally charged rocking semi-ballad, “Sanity” pairs a direct, driving guitar riff with a soaring, instantly memorable chorus, classic Axel Rudi Pell through and through.
Pell explains:
“‘Sanity’ is a rocking semi-ballad with a straightforward guitar riff and a catchy chorus. Everyone who’s heard the song so far liked it immediately, and that’s how it was for me when I was composing it. Very melodic and deservedly released as a single!”
