Death metal band Dishumane has officially signed with Blood Harvest Records.
Founded by guitarist James Shanks, the project began as a solo endeavor before evolving into a full band with the addition of drummer Dave Procopio. The lineup later solidified following a chance connection after an Incantation show in Amityville, New York, leading Shanks to collaborate with Ascended Dead / Incantation drummer Charlie Koryn.
Recording sessions took place in San Diego, California, with Koryn behind the kit and Incantation’s Chuck Sherwood handling bass duties—resulting in the band’s first official material.
Impressed by the band’s dark and punishing sound, Blood Harvest Records quickly moved to bring Dishumane onto its roster.
