German heavy metal icon DORO Pesch has unveiled the official music video for “You R Not Alone,” the second single from her upcoming special release, Wild At Heart. The new collection arrives in December through her own label, Rare Diamonds Production, with distribution handled by Edel.
Following the release of the hard-hitting first single, “Rock You 2 Death,” on September 18, DORO shifts gears with an emotional power ballad that delivers a message of hope, strength, and solidarity.
“You R Not Alone” delivers a powerful message
Released on October 16, “You R Not Alone” showcases the more melodic and emotional side of the Metal Queen, combining heartfelt lyrics with the powerful vocal delivery that has defined her career.
DORO describes the song as particularly meaningful, drawing comparisons to one of her most beloved classics.
“This song totally gets under your skin, has a very positive message, and hits right in the heart,” she explains. “‘You R Not Alone’ has an incredible amount of feeling and could become a second ‘Forever’!”
The track follows “Rock You 2 Death,” which introduced fans to the upcoming release with a heavier approach, highlighting the musical diversity of the new material.
‘Wild At Heart’ features nine tracks
Wild At Heart is a nine-track special release featuring new compositions, a cover of “Holding Out For A Hero,” and a live rendition of “Touch Of Evil” featuring Alissa White-Gluz.
According to DORO, much of the material was written in recent months, with the intention of bringing fresh music to audiences during her upcoming winter performances.
“The new tracks on Wild At Heart are all songs close to my heart, many of which have been created in the past few months,” DORO explains. “I wanted to have brand-new songs for the upcoming tour that ignite on the album and live.”
The release offers a combination of energetic heavy metal anthems and emotional ballads, reflecting the different musical styles that have characterized DORO’s extensive career.
DORO prepares for the ‘Winter Magic’ tour
The release of Wild At Heart coincides with DORO’s upcoming “Winter Magic” tour, which begins on December 11, 2026.
Fans attending the performances can expect to hear selections from the new record alongside established favorites from her catalog.
“This special release really packs a punch,” DORO says. “I can immediately add two or three new bangers to the setlist that are sure to be a hit with the fans!”
The tour will provide the first opportunity for audiences to experience several of the new compositions in a live setting.
