Swedish power metal trio Evermore will release their third studio album, Mournbraid, on March 20 through Scarlet Records. Building on their established sound, the new record delivers a potent blend of aggressive guitar riffs, soaring epic vocals, and massive, hook-driven songwriting, elevated by a polished, powerful production.
With Mournbraid, Evermore further refine their distinctive approach, mastering the balance between ardor and melody. Each track tells a different story, written from the perspective of individuals facing the many challenges and emotional struggles of existence. As always, the band’s ultimate goal is connection—creating music that listeners can relate to on a deeply personal level.
The album was produced by Marcus “Mackan” Alfsson at MWC Studios, mastered by Svante at Chartmakers West, and features striking artwork by Alvaro Valverde / AV Art Ilustracion (Elvenking, Unanimated, Verikalpa).
