HATEBREED Sign with BLKIIBLK Records, Announce New Album for Fall 2026

Grammy-nominated hardcore band Hatebreed have announced a new partnership with BLKIIBLK Records, ushering in a new chapter for the Connecticut icons. The band’s highly anticipated ninth studio album, produced by longtime collaborator Chris ‘Zeuss’ Harris, is set for release this fall.

The forthcoming record will serve as the follow-up to 2020’s Weight of the False Self and marks the band’s first release through BLKIIBLK, the metal and hard rock imprint of Frontiers Label Group.

Frontman Jamey Jasta expressed his excitement about the partnership:

“BLKIIBLK put together a dream team to get behind the new Hatebreed record and we couldn’t be happier—new label, new horizons, crushing new songs. We are beyond grateful and can’t wait to unleash these tracks on the world!”

Drummer Matt Byrne echoed that enthusiasm, calling 2026 “the year of Hatebreed.”

“This juggernaut as we know it is picking up the pace rapidly and is taking no prisoners,” Byrne said, pointing to an ambitious schedule that includes European festival appearances, two U.S. legs of the Summer Slaughter Tour, and the arrival of the band’s new album.

Jasta also highlighted the importance of working once again with Zeuss, whose relationship with the band spans decades.

“He’s been like a sixth member of this band for years,” Jasta explained. “From ‘I Will Be Heard’ to ‘Destroy Everything,’ ‘Looking Down The Barrel’ to now, ‘Decisions Become Destinies!’ We got another one Zeussky!”

Mike Gitter, Global Head of A&R for Frontiers and head of BLKIIBLK Records, praised the signing.

“HATEBREED aren’t merely about perseverance—they’re about bringing the sound of the extreme to a new level. We’re honored to be working together.”

Summer Slaughter Tour 2026

Before unleashing their new album, Hatebreed will spend the summer on the road, headlining dates across North America as part of the Summer Slaughter Tour. The run kicks off July 2 in Reading and includes stops in major markets such as Chicago, Toronto, and Buffalo, along with appearances at several festivals.
