Spain‘s New heavy/speed metal band Hunger, will release their debut EP, Ruler of the Wolves, on September 5, 2025, via Jawbreaker Records in CD, cassette, and digital formats. The six-track EP, featuring Dizzy D. (vocals), Jara Solís (guitars), Rudolf V. (guitars), Vick Rodríguez (bass), and session drummer Fabio Alessandrini (Annihilator, Bonfire, Enforcer), delivers a mid-’80s-inspired sound with influences from Motörhead, Warlock, Atlain, MP, Vectom, Muro, Tigres, EVO, and Running Wild.

The EP opens with the instrumental Descent Into Abyss, followed by Hunger, featuring the chant “Hunger, feed the beast! Hunger, craving flesh!” The title track Ruler of the Wolves showcases neoclassical riffs, while Sabotage includes guest vocals by Aitor Navarro (ex-Hitten). The EP closes with a cover of Stormwitch’s Beware the Demons.
