Breakthrough Mongolian rock band UUHAI have signed with Napalm Records and will release their debut album Human Herds on January 9, 2026. The seven-piece band combines traditional Mongolian instruments and throat singing with a modern rock sound, creating a powerful reflection on their homeland, history, and contemporary society. The first single, Uuhai, is available now on YouTube.
Human Herds explores themes of nature, humanity, and cultural heritage, offering a blend of atmospheric storytelling and driving rock energy. The album opens with the title track and features songs such as Ancient Land, Uuhai, Khar Khulz, and Secret History of the Mongols, ending with an evocative chant of the band’s name.
The album will be available in multiple formats including CD digipak, digital, 12” LP in black, and limited aquamarine gatefold LP exclusively through Napalm Mailorder.
The band will join label mates Nanowar of Steel, Lone Survivors, Cold Snap, Morphium, Defecto, Deus Ex Machina, Vaughan, and Lady Ahnabel across Europe.
