Hells Headbangers has announced November 28th, 2025 as the international release date for PERDITION TEMPLE’s highly anticipated fifth full-length album, Malign Apotheosis. The record will be available on CD, vinyl LP, and cassette formats.
Alongside the announcement, the band has unleashed the devastating new title track Malign Apotheosis, now streaming exclusively via Hells Headbangers’ official YouTube channel.
Perdition Temple, the elite death metal power-trio, needs little introduction. Since their inception, the band has carved a reputation for relentless, militaristic death metal fury, and Malign Apotheosis proves they remain unmatched.
This marks their first new album since 2020’s cult favorite Sacraments of Descension. Here, Perdition Temple wastes no time in tearing through listeners with a blackened, bilious, and feral assault, all while maintaining a razor-sharp sense of songwriting. Every riff, solo, and breakdown coalesces into a searing storm of chaos and memorability, ensuring the band’s sound is instantly recognizable and lethal as ever.
Notably, the album’s production embraces a raw, sooty aesthetic, even more primitive and “old school” than the band’s earliest works, while injecting new textures and ideas that make Malign Apotheosis both a consolidation and reinvigoration of Perdition Temple’s signature sound.
