American black metal legends PROFANATICA have announced an extensive North American summer tour in support of an upcoming reissue of their classic 2010 album, Disgusting Blasphemies Against God. The reissue is set for release later this summer via Hells Headbangers.
The tour arrives as the band continues to promote their latest full-length, Wreathed in Dead Angels, released through Hells Headbangers in 2025. Founding vocalist and drummer Paul Ledney emphasized that the band remains fully committed to the current album while preparing to celebrate a significant chapter from their catalog.
“Profanatica plan to turn up the blasphemy and are still 100% behind Wreathed in Dead Angels,” Ledney stated.
Beginning July 28 in Portland, Maine, the month-long trek will take the veteran extreme metal outfit across the United States, including stops in major markets such as Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta, Orlando, Philadelphia, and Boston. The tour also features a special appearance alongside Agalloch on August 15 at Brooklyn Steel in New York.
Originally released in 2010, Disgusting Blasphemies Against God stands as one of the most revered releases in PROFANATICA‘s catalog, helping solidify the band’s status as one of the most influential and uncompromising forces in American black metal. The forthcoming Hells Headbangers reissue will give longtime fans and newer listeners another opportunity to experience the album’s blasphemous intensity.
