German black metal duo Schreigarm have revealed the video for When the Ravens Flow Through My Veins, the second track to be unveiled from their forthcoming album Mara Comes and Darkness Shall Reign. The record will be released internationally on September 12 via Purity Through Fire.

Formed in 2020, Schreigarm may be based in Germany, but its members hail from Ukraine, giving their sound a unique edge that blends the cold melodicism of the Teutonic school with the mystical atmosphere of the Ukrainian tradition. Their debut The Mysteries of Fate (2023) slipped under the radar, but their sophomore effort is set to cement their place as a rising force in black metal.
Mara Comes and Darkness Shall Reign spans eight tracks across 48 minutes, delivering a dynamic mix of melancholy and grandeur, pagan echoes, and surging black metal intensity. Schreigarm’s songwriting demands a broad sonic palette, creating an immersive and cathartic listening experience.
