Swedish metal band TUNGSTEN have returned with a brand-new single and official video for “Bite My Tongue”, delivering a groove-driven, riff-packed anthem that showcases the band’s signature balance of raw power and melodic precision.

Vocalist Mike Andersson explains that the song tackles the frustration of holding back personal opinions for the sake of peace, a relatable theme wrapped in TUNGSTEN’s punchy modern metal framework.
Formed by drummer Anders Johansson alongside his sons Karl and Nick, TUNGSTEN have quickly become one of Scandinavia’s most exciting contemporary metal exports. Rooted in classic heavy metal but sharpened with a modern edge, the band has built momentum through four full-length albums, We Will Rise, Tundra, Bliss, and 2024’s The Grand Inferno , alongside extensive touring across Europe with acts including Sonata Arctica, Firewind, and Bloodbound.
