Tampa, Florida-based progressive metal band Apeiron Bound, known as the Apeiron Bound Collective (A.B.C.), released new single Firmament Redux today, June 20, 2025. The track, a reimagined version of Firmament from their 2022 debut album Multiplicity, is available now on YouTube and all streaming platforms. It marks the debut of new members John Galloway (harsh/clean vocals), Keith “Tank” McDowell (clean vocals), Cody Letts (guitars), and Kristopher Huffman (drums), alongside Andrew Stout (guitars) and Kyle Sokol (bass).

Firmament Redux is a storytelling soundscape exploring themes of cosmic wonder, introspection, and the human quest for meaning. The single showcases the band’s evolving sound, blending their signature progressive metal with new influences from the expanded lineup. It features session bassist Peter Albert de Reyna, with lyrics by Michael Calza and additional contributions from John Galloway. The track was mixed and mastered by Jack Kosto, with a visualizer created by artist Costin Chioreanu, whose dramatic artwork complements the song’s themes.
