Swedish melodic death metal band Arch Enemy premiered the official music video for their latest single, “A Million Suns,” today. The track is the fifth single from their 12th studio album, “Blood Dynasty”, which was released on March 28 via Century Media Records. The video, directed by Mirko Witzki and filmed in Berlin, captures the song’s philosophical and interstellar essence, blending sharp guitars, Alissa White-Gluz’s powerful vocals, and the band’s signature intensity.
Formed in 1995 in Halmstad, Sweden, by guitarist Michael Amott, Arch Enemy—now featuring White-Gluz (vocals), Amott (guitars), Joey Concepcion (guitars), Sharlee D’Angelo (bass), and Daniel Erlandsson (drums)—has solidified their status as a leading force in melodic death metal. “Blood Dynasty” entered the German Top 100 chart and hit No. 1 in the metal category, following singles like “Dream Stealer,” “Liars & Thieves,” “Blood Dynasty,” and “Paper Tiger.” Amott described “A Million Suns” as a last-minute addition to the album, noting its deserving place in the tracklist. The album, available in formats like a limited liquid blood vinyl showcases their blend of brutality and melody across 11 tracks.
Arch Enemy is set to headline the Blood Dynasty 2025 European Tour in October and November, with support from Amorphis, Eluveitie, and Gatecreeper, promising to bring their unrelenting energy to fans across the continent.
