Extreme technical death metallers ARCHSPIRE have officially announced their upcoming fifth album, Too Fast To Die, set for release on April 10, 2026. To mark the occasion, the band has released their lead single “Carrion Ladder”, complete with a suitably chaotic music video directed by band members Dean Lamb and Oliver Rae Aleron.

The new album finds ARCHSPIRE pushing their signature speed and virtuosity even further, continuing their pursuit of extremity while remaining laser-focused on hooks, dynamics, and their unmistakable rapid-fire vocal assault. It also marks their first fully independent release, following a massive crowdfunding campaign that brought in nearly $400,000 CAD, surpassing its goal in less than 24 hours.

Recorded in 2025, Too Fast to Die reunites the band with acclaimed producer Dave Otero (Cattle Decapitation, Khemmis), and features the recorded debut of new drummer Spencer Moore, who joined the lineup last year.

Known for their theatrical stage presence, self-aware humor, and unmatched technical ferocity, ARCHSPIRE continue to redefine the outer limits of extreme metal. Their previous album, Bleed the Future, earned a Juno Award, cementing the band as one of the genre’s most innovative modern forces.

With cutting-edge speed, breakneck musicianship, and a refreshed lineup, Too Fast To Die looks poised to become the most ambitious release of ARCHSPIRE’s career.

Pre-orders are available now.
