Canadian symphonic melodic death metal band ATAVISTIA return with The Winter Way (Reforged), a newly reimagined and re-recorded version of their 2020 opus, arriving December 12th via Blood Blast Distribution.

“For the first time in my life, I’m happy with this album. It took quite the toll on my mental health releasing it when we did, but there’s no reason to dwell anymore. It is the way it should’ve been!”
Revisiting The Winter Way gave ATAVISTIA the chance to refine the details that once haunted them, adjusting lyrics for clarity, tightening arrangements, and fully realizing the grand, cinematic scope they always envisioned. The result is a towering reforge of melodic blackened appearance that glimmers with both nostalgia and renewal.
