Visionary trio Auri, vocalist Johanna Kurkela, Nightwish keyboardist Tuomas Holopainen, and multi-instrumentalist Troy Donockley, unveil their long-awaited third studio album III – Candles & Beginnings.
Blending folk, progressive rock, symphonic textures, world music, and pop. The album creates an otherworldly soundscape anchored by Kurkela’s ethereal vocals, Holopainen’s emotive keys, and Donockley’s rich instrumentation. Each song offers its own story, from nostalgic musings to intimate reflections.
Coinciding with the release, Auri present their third single Blakey Ridge, a joyful homage to The Lion Inn in the North York Moors — complete with a new lyric video.
