Entheos released their An End To Everything EP on October 25, 2024, via Metal Blade Records. The five-track EP, co-produced with Mark Lewis (The Black Dahlia Murder), explores personal loss and addiction, inspired by Crabb’s experience with a friend’s death. Crabb notes, “An End To Everything is about the nature of the darkness of life and the human experience.” Musically, it blends death metal, groove, prog, and jazz, with tracks like Life in Slow Motion and All For Nothing showcasing Crabb’s searing vocals and Koperweis’s intricate guitar/drum work.

Formed in 2015, Entheos—now a duo of Chaney Crabb (vocals) and Navene Koperweis (drums, guitars, production)—push progressive death metal with influences from deathcore, jazz, and electronica. Albums like The Infinite Nothing (2016), Dark Future (2017), and Time Will Take Us All (2023) have earned acclaim for their technicality and emotional depth. Their live shows, bolstered by touring members like Evan Brewer (bass), are electrifying, with Bandsintown reviews lauding Crabb as “the best vocalist in metal right now.” Past tours with Archspire, Revocation, and As I Lay Dying have solidified their reputation.
