ENTHRONED Reveal “Ashspawn,” The Title Track From Their Upcoming Full-Length

Belgian black metallers ENTHRONED have unveiled “Ashspawn”, the brutal title track from their forthcoming album, due December 5th via Season of Mist. With this release, the band ignites the next chapter in their long-standing legacy of blasphemous artistry, a furious, transformative hymn that encapsulates destruction as a pathway to transcendence.

Condensed into four and a half minutes of controlled chaos, “Ashspawn” is a violent statement of spiritual immolation and rebirth. The track’s volatile structure, alternating between feral velocity and precise rhythmic command, mirrors its lyrical concept of destruction as divine evolution.

Drummer Menthor delivers a relentless barrage of percussion, while guitarist Kaos weaves serpentine riffs through a suffocating wall of sound. The production’s dense, ritualistic atmosphere evokes the feeling of combat within sacred fire, every blast beat and dissonant chord landing like an invocation of both annihilation and awakening.

Frontman Nornagest embodies the song’s core dogma through verses that blur the line between invocation and desecration, proclaiming, “I am God’s scourge of defeat, the semen in His eye.” The lyrical and sonic assault ultimately resolves into a declaration of transcendence, “Et Verbum Caro Factum Est” (“And the Word became Flesh”).
