FLORIST Announce New Album Adrift, Out Now on Bandcamp, Streaming September 1 via Threat Collection Records

Florist, the Florida-based psychedelic doom and stoner rock band, have released their new album Adrift via Threat Collection Records. The full release is now available on Bandcamp, with a wide digital release to streaming platforms set for September 1, 2025.

Adrift is the band’s first album with Threat Collection Records and was produced by Ryan Boesch at Candor Recording. The album artwork was created by Melody Mitchell. The current lineup features Frankie Consoli (vocals, guitar, sitar), Kevin Roy (bass, vocals), Mike Amador (drums, vocals), and Jer Dillow (theremin, synthesizers, percussion).

Florist formed in 2022 and released their debut EP Contact in July 2023. Since then, they have built a following through regional touring and appearances at festivals like Maryland Doom Fest and Tampa Doom & Gloom. Their sound combines massive riffs with psychedelic textures, balancing distortion and ambience through the use of unconventional instrumentation like the sitar and theremin.

Adrift follows notable performances supporting Elder, Conan, Hollow Leg and Truckfighters, and continues the band’s trajectory within the heavy psych and doom circuit.
