Jacksonville, Florida’s progressive thrash/death metal band Haxprocess, formed in 2020, has announced their debut album Beyond What Eyes Can See, released on July 25, 2025, via Transcending Obscurity Records. The four-track, 40-minute album, streaming now, delivers “incredibly heavy” death metal with a progressive edge, likened to Morbid Angel covering The Chasm under Blood Incantation’s influence. Featuring epic songs averaging 10 minutes, it blends gargantuan riffs, ever-changing patterns, and a dark, relentless sound for fans of Immolation, Atvm, Atheist, Felgrave, and Typhonian. The lineup—Lothar Mallea (guitar, vocals), Shane Williamson (guitar), Davis Leader (bass), and Adam Robinson (drums)—crafts a leaden, thick, and engrossing sound.
