NEW WORLD MAN have released “Devil Time,” a new single featuring ETERNAL CHAMPION from their upcoming debut full-length, I Am The Machine, arriving October 23 via Closed Casket Activities.
I Am The Machine is a concept album centered around a man-machine sent by both the Devil and God to destroy humanity — while having a great time doing it.
The album was recorded in June 2025 in Kernersville, North Carolina, with Jeremy White. According to the band, the record also became a collaborative effort involving a number of friends contributing guitar solos, piano, and vocals throughout its creation.
“[It] wouldn’t be complete without the many friends who contributed guitar solos, pianos and vocals to the construction of the machine,” NEW WORLD MAN comments.
The band also has some specific instructions for experiencing the record: “For the preferred listening experience play front to back in order and stoned to oblivion. I am the devil, I am a cannibal, I am the machine!”
“Devil Time” follows the previously revealed material from I Am The Machine and offers another look into the bizarre, destructive world at the center of the album’s concept.
I Am The Machine arrives October 23 through Closed Casket Activities. Pre-order
