Oklahoma’s brutal death metal and slam band PEELING FLESH have released their latest single, “Crackology,” accompanied by an official music video. The track offers another crushing preview of the band’s upcoming sophomore, self-titled album, Peeling Flesh, scheduled for release on November 27, 2026, via Unique Leader Records.
Known for their relentless fusion of slam, death metal, hardcore, and hip-hop influences, PEELING FLESH continue to push their signature sound into increasingly aggressive territory. “Crackology” delivers the band’s trademark combination of punishing riffs, groove-heavy breakdowns, and unconventional samples.
Speaking about the new single, vocalist Damonteal Harris shares:
“One of our personal favorites from the album even though all of them are our favorite. A lot of insane samples that we’ve been wanting to use for a very long time in this one.”

The upcoming album follows the band’s acclaimed 2024 debut, The G Code, and their 2025 EP, PF Radio 2. Since forming in 2021, PEELING FLESH have rapidly established themselves as one of the most exciting acts in the modern slam scene, earning recognition for their distinctive incorporation of hip-hop samples, crushing production, and explosive live performances.
Their sophomore effort promises to expand on that foundation with an impressive roster of guest appearances, including Devin Swank of SANGUISUGABOGG, Mike Ryan of MISSING LINK, Bridget Lynch of STABBING, JayWay, and EXTERMINATION DISMEMBERMENT.
Discussing the album, Harris explains:
“This has been our baby for the last year. An insane mixture of drop G and Drop F songs that are some of our favorite and craziest songs we’ve written to date and we’re extremely stoked to get them out finally.”
