Metalcore pioneers Poison the Well have dropped the video for their powerful new single “Everything Hurts”, offering another glimpse into their long-awaited comeback album, Peace In Place.
Due March 20 via SharpTone Records, Peace In Place marks the band’s first full-length in over 15 years, ending a long silence and reigniting one of heavy music’s most influential names.
The track showcases PTW’s signature quiet/loud dynamics — blending moody atmosphere with crushing heaviness. The video follows vocalist Jeffrey Moreira in an intimate, tension-building narrative that mirrors the emotional push-and-pull of the song.
Moreira explains:
“‘Everything Hurts’ is about the patience and effort it takes to keep relationships alive… The ones that stick around are the ones you have a unique connection with. You can’t put up with everyone’s shit, so the people you keep close are the ones whose shit you actually want to deal with.”
