After 35 years of evil existence, Rotting Christ continue to reign as one of extreme metal’s most enduring and influential forces. Led by Sakis Tolis, his brother Themis, and their steadfast Greek brethren, the band has transcended generations and genres, evolving from the Athenian underground into a global black metal institution.
Today, Rotting Christ announce the Blu-Ray release of 35 Years of Evil Existence – Live in Lycabettus, a monumental live document captured during their historic, sold-out performance at Athens’ Lycabettus Hill Theater, the band’s first-ever concert at the legendary open-air venue. The event drew 7,000 devoted fans, celebrating more than three decades of unholy creation with a two-hour set spanning their entire catalog, from early cult anthems to modern epics like “Like Father, Like Son.”
