SINNER have unveiled “Leave It All Behind,” the latest single and official music video from their upcoming and final studio album, Boom Bang Goodbye, arriving July 31, 2026, via RPM.
Opening as a classic power ballad before building into an anthemic hard rock finale, “Leave It All Behind” blends the melodic spirit of the 1980s with a modern production, delivering a reflective and emotionally charged performance.
Mat Sinner says the track perfectly captures the sound he envisioned for the album.
“As a child of the ’80s, this song fits perfectly into the soundscape I envisioned. ’80s vibes and an ultra-fat, modern sound. Groovy, driving – it was a blast to make this song. My friend Ronnie Romero really outdid himself. What an incredible vocal performance – hats off to him!”
The accompanying music video features performances from Ronnie Romero, Mat Sinner, Alex Scholpp, Jim Müller, Leonie Jakobi, Sascha Krebs, along with Thalia Bellazecca and André Hilgers of PRIMAL FEAR, highlighting the chemistry and passion behind the recording.
Lyrically, “Leave It All Behind” reflects on memories, the passage of time, and embracing the future while acknowledging the past. Its themes of nostalgia and acceptance are reinforced by Romero’s powerful vocal delivery, which moves seamlessly between the song’s intimate verses and soaring chorus.
The album’s core lineup features Ronnie Romero (lead and backing vocals), Mat Sinner (bass and vocals), Alex Scholpp (guitars), Lisa Müller (keyboards), and Moritz Müller (drums).
The new single follows the previously released “Wait,” featuring Michael Bormann, offering another preview of Boom Bang Goodbye. The album marks the conclusion of SINNER’s four-decade recording career, closing the chapter on a legacy that includes 19 studio albums and extensive international touring.
