Italian hard rock band SPEED STROKE have unveiled the official music video for “Glorious Breakdown,” the first single from their upcoming fourth studio album, Damage Control, set for release on August 21 via Scarlet Records.
The new track captures the moment when life’s mounting frustrations finally boil over into liberation. According to the band, “Glorious Breakdown” explores the idea that true freedom can emerge after reaching an emotional breaking point, where chaos becomes a catalyst for change and self-discovery.
Produced by Filippo Cinotti, the accompanying music video brings the song’s themes of destruction and release to life, while the album artwork was created by acclaimed artist Claudio Elias Scialabba.
Mixed and mastered by Erik Mårtensson of Eclipse at Mass Destruction Production, Damage Control also features guest appearances from Dario Capacci of Trick or Treat on drums and Giorgia Colleluori on the track “Blessed By Misery.”
Drawing inspiration from Scandinavian sleaze rock and the classic street metal sound of the 1980s, SPEED STROKE continue to deliver their trademark blend of infectious hooks, arena-ready choruses, and high-octane guitar work. Damage Control promises ten hard-hitting tracks exploring themes of personal transformation, embracing uncertainty, and breaking free from complacency.
