STABBING Unleash New Single “Nauseating Composition” Feat. Ricky Myers; New Album Eon of Obscenity,  Out Now

Houston brutal death metallers STABBING have released their new full-length album Eon of Obscenity, out now worldwide via Century Media Records.

To mark the release, the band has unveiled a visualizer for the album’s latest single “Nauseating Composition”, featuring guest vocals from Ricky Myers (SUFFOCATION).

The band comments:

“We’re glad to have Ricky be a part of this song and album with us, so huge thanks to him as well as everyone else for the support! We hope you all dig the new stuff!”

Eon of Obscenity serves as STABBING’s Century Media debut and a massive step forward from their 2022 release Extirpated Mortal Process. The album delivers eleven tracks of unrelenting brutality, channeling classic ’90s brutal death metal while pushing the genre into even harsher territory.

Often described as a modern benchmark for brutal death metal, the record has already earned strong praise from the underground press:

“Like a sudden hammer attack in a pitch-black alleyway.” — Blabbermouth (8/10)

“Brutal death metal at its finest (and goriest).” — The Headbanging Moose (4/5)

“Explosive and bludgeoning energy ripped from the ’90s and brought into the modern era.” — Dead Rhetoric (8/10)

Formed in 2021, STABBING quickly made a name for themselves with their ferocious live shows and uncompromising sound. Their momentum surged during the 2023 Ancient Unholy Rising Tour alongside Incantation and Suffocation, where vocalist Bridget Lynch famously stepped in to front Suffocation when Ricky Myers fell ill — a moment that helped lead to the band’s signing with Century Media.

Recorded at Southwing Audio (Houston) by Ben Gott and mixed/mastered by Chris Kritikos, Eon of Obscenity keeps production raw and punishing, emphasizing authenticity over polish.
