Grammy-nominated metal band Trivium return with their new three-track EP Struck Dead, available today, October 31, via Roadrunner Records. The band has also unleashed the video for the title track, directed by Black Card Films.

Recorded at the band’s own Hangar Studios in Orlando, Florida, Struck Dead captures Trivium’s renewed energy after revisiting their landmark album Ascendancy in full earlier this year. Produced by Trivium with Mark Lewis, and mixed and mastered by Josh Wilbur, the EP delivers a potent mix of aggression, melody, and technical precision.
“In August 2023, we set out to design and build our own studio at The Hangar — a place to create freely, on our own terms”, says bassist Paolo Gregoletto. “Born from months of revisiting Ascendancy, this EP channels that familiar power and spirit while pushing into new territory. Struck Dead is the first step into a bold new era for us.”

Trivium launches The Struck Dead Tour tonight in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, running through December 14, when it concludes with an epic hometown show in Orlando, Florida.
Special guests Jinjer will appear throughout the run, with Heriot providing direct support.
