After more than four decades of boundary-pushing sci-fi metal, VOÏVOD return with a unique live release: Symphonique, recorded with the Quebec Symphony Orchestra and arriving June 5, 2026 via Century Media Records.

A Cinematic Metal Experience

Recorded live on June 4, 2025 at the Grand Théâtre in Québec City, Symphonique blends VOÏVOD’s progressive thrash roots with full orchestral arrangements. The result is a 73-minute, 12-track “best-of” set that reimagines classics through a cinematic lens.

Drummer Michel “Away” Langevin describes it as:

“The closest we’ve ever come to sounding like a dystopian sci-fi movie soundtrack.”

First Single: “Forgotten In Space (Symphonique)”

The first preview comes with “Forgotten In Space (Symphonique)”, originally from Killing Technology.

Bassist Dominic “Rocky” Laroche highlights its transformation into a “symphonic masterpiece”, enhanced by orchestration from Hugo Bégin and a dramatic, cinematic intro.
