Finnish symphonic metal band Amberian Dawn unveil a second spellbinding preview of their upcoming album with the new single “The Vision of Dreaming”. The track offers another glimpse into Temptation’s Gates, arriving June 26 via Napalm Records—and marks a defining moment as the band’s first release featuring new vocalist Nicole Willerton.
Blending lush symphonic textures with modern melodic metal, “The Vision of Dreaming” pairs a hauntingly memorable riff with layered atmospheres and a subtle pop sensibility, echoing influences like ABBA while maintaining a distinctly heavier edge.
Tuomas Seppälä on the single:
“I originally composed ‘The Vision of Dreaming’ back in 2021, but it truly found its final form when we began working on it with our new vocalist. It represents the lighter side of the album, but still carries a strong metal bite. There’s a clear touch of ABBA-like atmosphere, yet it remains unmistakably part of our world.”
Nicole Willerton adds:
“The lyrics explore a deep spiritual and emotional connection between two people—how shared memories and dreams bind them together beyond space and time.”

With Temptation’s Gates, Amberian Dawn step into a bold new chapter. Led by founder and composer Tuomas Seppälä, the band leans into a heavier, more guitar-driven direction while preserving the lush keyboard orchestrations and melodic hooks that define their sound.
The album marks a creative rebirth, fueled by the chemistry between Seppälä and Willerton.
