Swedish dark symphonic metal band Eleine have announced their upcoming EP, We Stand United, set for release on September 5, 2025, through Reigning Phoenix Music. The EP combines the band’s signature dark symphonic sound with themes of unity, resilience, and emotional intensity.
The EP begins with Towards the Fields (Intro), a 1:05 track featuring haunting melodic vocals, brooding guitars, and thunderous drums, setting an atmospheric tone. The title track, We Stand United (4:42), is described as a powerful anthem of defiance and freedom, driven by soaring choruses and galloping riffs, symbolizing resistance against oppression.
Included are two live tracks from Eleine’s performance at Masters of Rock 2024. Never Forget [Live at Masters of Rock 2024] (4:47) delivers an intense exploration of emotional struggle and personal redemption, while We Are Legion [Live at Masters of Rock 2024] (3:55) is a fierce, militant track embodying collective strength and resilience. The EP concludes with Promise of Apocalypse [Symphonic Version] (3:43), a reimagined version of a fan-favorite, enhanced with somber orchestration and themes of disconnection and hope.
Eleine consists of Madeleine Liljestam (vocals), Rikard Ekberg (guitars, vocals), and Victor Jonasson (guitars). Formed in 2014 in Landskrona, Sweden, the band has released three full-length albums: Until the End (2018), Dancing in Hell (2020), and We Shall Remain (2023), along with multiple EPs and singles.
Eleine will promote the EP with festival appearances at SaariHelvetti in Tampere, Finland, on August 1, 2025, and Rock Castle in Moravský Krumlov, Czech Republic, on August 14, 2025. They will also join Primal Fear on the “Domination” Tour 2025 across Europe, from September 5, 2025, in Hamburg, Germany, to October 4, 2025, in Pamplona, Spain. A performance at Rock in Rautheim in Braunschweig, Germany, is scheduled for May 8-9, 2026.
