Swedish progressive metal veterans Evergrey have released “A Burning Flame,” the final single from their forthcoming fifteenth studio album, Architects Of A New Weave, arriving June 5 via Napalm Records.
The new track features a special guest appearance from fellow Gothenburg metal icon Mikael Stanne, whose unmistakable voice joins Evergrey frontman Tom S. Englund in a powerful duet that blends melody, emotion, and darkness into one of the album’s standout moments.

A Career Milestone Continues
The release of Architects Of A New Weave comes just days before Evergrey joins legendary heavy metal institution Iron Maiden as a special guest on select dates of the band’s Run For Your Lives World Tour.
Produced by Tom S. Englund and Vikram Shankar, the album was mixed by acclaimed producer Adam Getgood. The record promises the band’s trademark combination of cinematic melodies, progressive songwriting, emotional depth, and crushing heaviness.

The album’s deluxe editions include bonus tracks “Heights” and “One Heart,” an album mix of the standalone 2025 single “OXYGEN!,” a demo version of “Longing,” instrumental versions of several tracks, and a live recording of “Falling From The Sun” from 2024’s Theories of Emptiness.
Evergrey Live 2026
Following the album release, Evergrey will embark on the North American Freedom World Crusade tour as special guests of HammerFall, beginning September 11 in Atlanta and concluding October 8 in Seattle.
