Italian power metal band FROZEN CROWN have released the official music video for their new single, “Reborn,” the second track unveiled from their upcoming sixth studio album, The Legend of the Six Kings. The album arrives on October 2 via Napalm Records.
Described by the band as a powerful anthem of resilience and unity, “Reborn” continues the narrative introduced in the first single, “The One.” The song combines melancholic verses led by vocalist Giada “Jade” Etro with soaring, anthemic choruses and a hard-hitting rhythm, while showcasing the band’s signature blend of melodic hooks and intricate guitar work.
Drummer Niso Tomasini explained that “Reborn” represents hope emerging from darkness, continuing the album’s overarching storyline. He noted that the accompanying video embraces the band’s new dark fantasy aesthetic while maintaining the energetic live-performance style that has become a hallmark of FROZEN CROWN.
The Legend of the Six Kings marks the band’s second release through Napalm Records and takes a more narrative-driven approach than previous albums. Drawing inspiration from the story established on their 2018 debut The Fallen King, the album revisits the saga of the Kings and the Tyrant while expanding its fantasy universe with darker themes inspired by the works of J.R.R. Tolkien and Robert E. Howard.
According to the band, the new record focuses on refining the core elements of the FROZEN CROWN sound by delivering more direct songwriting while retaining the group’s trademark mix of power metal, speed metal, symphonic arrangements, and melodic death metal influences.
The album also reflects the evolving creative dynamic within the band, with Niso Tomasini joining vocalist Giada “Jade” Etro and guitarist Federico Mondelli as a principal songwriter. It also introduces guitarist Aleksandra Stamenkovic, whose classic heavy metal-inspired lead guitar work adds another dimension to the band’s sound.
Among the album’s highlights are the battle-themed opener “Lightning in the Sky,” the choir-driven “Who Wants to Burn in Heaven,” the Tolkien-inspired “The One,” and the title track, which features a duet between Etro and Mondelli while incorporating melodic death metal elements. The album also includes a power metal reinterpretation of the Goo Goo Dolls classic “Iris.”

Following the album’s release, FROZEN CROWN will embark on an extensive touring schedule. The band will support Kamelot and Visions of Atlantis across North America beginning August 28 in Orlando, Florida, before joining Beast in Black and Sonata Arctica for a European tour starting in late October.
