German power metal band Grailknights have premiered the music video for their new single, Grail Gym, from their upcoming seventh album, Forever, set for release on October 17, 2025, via PERCEPTION – A Division of Reigning Phoenix Music. The video, showcasing the band’s superheroic workout in their legendary catacombs, is available:

With a live premiere warm-up session:

The single is streamable at grailknights.rpm.link/grailgymPR, and pre-saves for Forever are open at grailknights.rpm.link/foreverPR.

Following their battle with Cthulhu in Necronomicon, Grailknights—Sir Optimus Prime (vocals), Sovereign Storm (guitars, vocals), Count Cranium (guitars, vocals), Duncan MacLoud (bass, vocals), and Lord Drumcules (drums)—crafted Forever at Sascha Paeth’s Pathway Studios, with artwork by Sebastian Khayat. The album, featuring 12 tracks including a bold Super Trouper (ABBA cover), builds on their mission to return the Holy Grail to Grailham City. The band states, “Every inch of skin is aching, iron muscles in the making: our new single is here to turn your sweat into steel. Heavy riffs. Hard reps. Heroic gains.”
