GRAMMY-nominated hardcore veterans HATEBREED have announced their long-awaited ninth studio album, Fatal Paradox, set for release on November 6 via BLKIIBLK.
Marking the band’s first full-length release in six years, Fatal Paradox also serves as HATEBREED‘s debut for their new label. Alongside the announcement, the Connecticut metallic hardcore pioneers have unveiled the album’s lead single, “Kill Count Increase,” accompanied by an official music video.
Produced by longtime collaborator Zeuss, whose credits include ROB ZOMBIE, ACCEPT, and SHADOWS FALL
Frontman Jamey Jasta described the song as an ideal introduction to the album.
“‘Kill Count Increase’ is the lead track on Fatal Paradox and a perfect way of summing up our first album in six years from the start. It’s straightforward, in-your-face Hatebreed. Fast. Hard. It gets down to business and comes up for air two-and-a-half minutes later.”
According to the band, Fatal Paradox continues HATEBREED‘s legacy of metallic hardcore with a relentless mix of breakdowns, d-beats, thrash influences, and anthemic gang vocals. Tracks such as “The Carrion Choir” and “Truth Is A Lion” emphasize the band’s hardcore roots, while songs like “Kill Count Increase” and “Total Invincible” showcase a faster, thrash-inspired approach.
The album also features a guest appearance by John Tardy of OBITUARY on “Sacrifice Season.”

In support of the new album, HATEBREED will spend the summer on the road, including a headlining run on the Summer Slaughter Tour, festival appearances, and select dates supporting SLAYER and TURNSTILE.
