Greek melodic power metal band THE SILENT RAGE have unveiled a new stand-alone single and lyric video, “Wings Of Tragedy MMXXV”, revisiting one of the earliest songs in their catalog with the band’s modern sound and production.
Watch here:
Originally written during their demo years, “Wings Of Tragedy MMXXV” has been completely re-recorded, capturing the energy and precision of the group’s current lineup while honoring their beginnings. The band also revived The Legionnaires Choir Ensemble, featuring current members Nikos Siglidis, Nikos Sarbanis, George Haniotakis, and Stamatis Katsafados, joined by special guests Steve Venardo (vocals, The Deadliest Scourge) and Dionisis Kontis (vocals, Harvester Of Souls EP).
“A few months ago, we decided to re-record one of the very first songs the band ever wrote in the way The Silent Rage sound nowadays: ‘Wings Of Tragedy MMXXV.’ Therefore, we decided to revive The Legionnaires Choir Ensemble… The result turned out to be superb,”
